  • Delays in providing content may extend project timelines.

  • Revision limits follow the agreement or package selected.

3. Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit (commonly 80%) is required to start work.

  • Remaining balance must be paid before final website handover or launch.

  • All invoices must be settled before design files, access credentials, or source files are delivered.

4. Revisions

  • Revisions included depend on the selected package.

  • Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed separately.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated timelines are provided based on current workload and client responsiveness. Delays may occur if client fails to provide required materials promptly.

  • Final designs become the client’s property upon full payment.

  • We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may use third-party tools such as hosting, plugins, themes, or integrations. Costs and renewal fees of these third-party services are the client’s responsibility.

8. Website Launch & Handover

Post-launch support depends on the chosen maintenance plan.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss caused by hosting providers, plugins, or client actions

  • Security breaches, malware, or website downtime caused by third-party systems

  • Any indirect damages or losses after project handover
