Refund Policy

We aim to deliver high-quality web design services. However, due to the nature of digital work, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure time, planning, and resources.

2. Project-Based Refunds

Refunds are not available for completed work, delivered designs, or ongoing projects where work has started.

3. Client Delays

If the client fails to provide required content or feedback and wishes to stop the project, payments made are not refundable.

4. Service Dissatisfaction

If the client is not satisfied with the design, we will provide revisions based on the package agreement, but refunds will not be issued.

5. Digital Products & Templates

All digital items, such as templates or downloadable files, are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Maintenance & Subscription Services

Fees for hosting, plugins, themes, or monthly maintenance plans are non-refundable once the service period begins.

7. Eligibility for Partial Refunds (Rare Cases)

Partial refunds may be considered only if:

  • No work has started

  • A proven technical error prevents us from delivering the service

Approval is at our sole discretion.
